Services can change over time and due to events, but commonly includes a combination of onsite and remote work each month or as often as you request. Before Covid-19, most of our work was already done remotely, working virtually while being an integral part of your team is not a problem.

These services are offered through our sister company, Fern Hill CPA. Your Fortify CFO coordinates and integrates all of your services.
Will you work with my CPA?
Absolutely. They will love working with us. We’ve been on both sides of the table with CPA firms and clients, and we know how to make their job, whether audits, reviews, or other services more efficient while reducing your cost.
Do you work with external partners?
You bet. We regularly work with attorneys, lenders, and other service providers to help our clients gather, evaluate and integrate their thoughts, insights, and services into planning, finances, and operations as a team.
What do you charge?
You pay only for the work that you authorize and we do. We agree on the scope upfront in terms of services and how often you need them. Typically there is an agreed-upon number of hours for a monthly retainer and any excess hours for that month would be billed at the beginning of the next month, but every situation is flexible.
